A committed plant-based eater since the age of 16, Nate has spent years studying plant-based culinary arts, nutrition, and holistic wellness. His passion for conscious living led him to become a certified somatic breathwork practitioner and wellness coach, integrating mind-body practices into his daily life and work.
At DGM, Nate began his journey in the organic kitchen, where he infused plant-based knowledge into nourishing meals for the children. His role has since evolved into helping manage the café, where he combines his barista and chef experience to serve organic treats and drinks that delight students and staff alike. Each morning, Nate also connects with parents, DGM staff, and the local community—crafting espresso and coffee drinks that energize and uplift.
